    Friday, April 19, 2019

Drexel University will now offer an online MS in Human Resource Development through its School of Education. The online program will admit students in the Fall and Spring terms, beginning in Fall 2019.

Recognized by the Academy of Human Resource Development as a Program of Excellence, the online MS in Human Resource Development is designed for employee-focused professionals looking to lead workplace learning, performance and change strategies within their organizations. The 45 to 46.5-credit program offers courses in areas like adult learning, talent development, organization development and change, coaching and mentoring, and program evaluation along with a capstone research experience.

“The faculty and I are very excited and eager to launch the newly revised MS in Human Resource Development program,” said Salvatore Falletta, PhD, Clinical Professor and Program Director. “The program has been completely retooled to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge and skills to facilitate workplace learning, performance and change in any organizational setting, regardless of sector and industry (e.g., government, NGOs, K‐12 schools, colleges and universities, military, and multinational corporations). The MS in HRD degree is for anybody who wants to be effective at leading, developing and retaining people in the workplace.”

The program is entirely online. Members of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and other partner organizations are eligible for a 30% tuition savings.
