The Engineering Technical Leadership Graduate Certificate is designed for professionals focused on beginning or continuing a management career path within the engineering and technology sectors. Consisting of six courses — four required with two technical electives — this certificate’s industry-responsive curriculum prepares individuals through application-oriented leadership training and education, providing a deep understanding of the skills, concepts and methodologies required of effective team and capital management.
Whether you’re interested in working for the Department of Defense (DoD), an associated contractor, or as a project lead, manufacturing, or biomedical plant manager at a company or division, or taking on any other team or project managerial role, the Engineering Technical Leadership Graduate Certificate will provide the expertise in financial analysis, strategic direction, and dynamic teambuilding you need to excel.
This program is organized into four 10-week quarters per year (as opposed to the traditional two semester system) which means you can take more courses in a shorter time period. One semester credit is equivalent to 1.5 quarter credits. Use our quarter to semester credit converter to calculate the difference.
